Sea Elf Racial Traits

+2 Dexterity, +2 Intellegence, -2 Constitution

Elven Immunities: Elves are immune to magic sleep effects and gain a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects.
Keen Senses: Elves receive a +2 racial bonus on perception checks
Spirit of the Waters: Sea Elves gain a +4 racial bonus on swim checks and can always take 10 while swimming and may choose Aquan as a bonus language. They are proficient with longspear, trident, and net. Replaces Elven Magic and Weapon familiarity of standard PF elf.
Languages: Sea Elves start with common and elven. Bonus languages are, Celestial, Draconic, Gnoll, Gnome, Goblin, Orc, Sylvan, and Aquan.
h4. Physical Description
Sea Elves tend to have darker skin compared to their cousins in the North, generally ranging from a light tan to a light brown. Their hair tends towards the lighter shades with occasional hints of blue and light greens. Their eyes tend towards the blue and greens of the Sea.

General Info
Being from The Five Daughters and the other smaller islands surrounding the Daughters, Sea elves are by far the greatest sailors in Marassa, and have the largest navy even if the ships aren’t as big as most of those fielded by the humans. Living spread out among the Daughters and the other smaller islands has resulted in a society where there is no really central authority figure or government. Each pod has a council made up of a few elders who are in control and make decisions for the pod.

Beast-Touched Sea Elves
The great families of the Sea Elves are all Beast-Touched by Averin. Like the human nobles only elder members of the great families can serve on a Pod’s council. When in their dolphin forms a Sea Elf’s eyes stay the same and is the only way to tell a were-dolphin from a regular dolphin.
